Reid out of Trap squad

GIOVANNI TRAPATTONI’S Irish squad lost another of its marquee names before flying out to their training camp on the Algarve yesterday.

Sunderland’s Andy Reid aggravated a hamstring problem in training with the squad in Dublin and has returned to his club for treatment.

The injury means that the midfielder is also ruled out of the friendly games against Serbia and Colombia.
