Football club manager to hear dismissal verdict today

THE sacked manager of Bohemians Football Club, Sean Connor, will know today whether High Court injunction proceedings taken by him concerning his €100,000 a year salary and contract have been successful.

Mr Justice Frank Clarke will rule on the action this morning.

Mr Connor is challenging the termination of his contract and is seeking an injunction requiring the club to allow him remain as manager until the end of the 2009 season, and to pay his salary from December 2007 to that time.
