DAVID BECKHAM has overtaken Ronaldinho as the world’s highest-paid player, according to France Football magazine.

Beckham’s salary and endorsements soared 82% to €31m following his switch to the LA Galaxy from Real Madrid, lifting him above Barcelona’s Ronaldinho, whose income stayed at €24.1m.
