Eriksson takes Hart from City starlet

SVEN-GORAN ERIKSSON insists Joe Hart will become an international number one, just two weeks after conceding six goals at Chelsea.

Since then Hart, City’s England U-21 goalkeeper, has had three successive clean sheets — against Bolton, Sunderland and now Portsmouth.

After the latest at Fratton Park yesterday, Eriksson was asked if he could see Hart in international colours and his reply was unequivocal.
