Ford to drive awards

FORD are the new sponsors of the Professional Footballers Association of Ireland (PFAI) annual players’ awards.

As part of the sponsorship Ford will provide the Premier Division and First Division Players’ of the Year with the exclusive use of a new Ford Focus for the year.

Ford, last year, announced its official car sponsorship deal with the FAI and subsequently the company also agreed to be the main sponsors of the FAI Senior Cup, which is now the FAI Ford Cup.

At the announcement was last season’s Premier Division winner Joseph Ndo of St Patrick’s Athletic.
