Jose re-ignites Ronaldo feud

JOSE MOURINHO has re-ignited his war of words with Cristiano Ronaldo by accusing the Manchester United winger of being immature and ill-educated.

The Chelsea manager claimed he had no option but to launch another broadside at Ronaldo — who he branded a “liar” in a recent television interview — after the Portugal international suggested his compatriot could never admit when he was wrong.

Mourinho’s initial outburst had enraged Alex Ferguson, the United manager, but while Mourinho refused to castigate his title rival, Ronaldo was not so fortunate.

“I have no problem with Sir Alex. If the digs are not offensive ones in relation to the integrity there is no problem.

“But it’s a game where a kid (Ronaldo) said statements not showing maturity and respect.

“Maybe it is a consequence of a difficult childhood, no education.”
