Dominant City fail to capitalise
City’s recent winning form ground to a halt in a game which they dominated but were unable to kill off in the face of dogged opposition and they were left ruing what they can only regard as the loss of two points.
City had dominated the possession from early on and created far more chances, but they just could not get the goal they craved and in the end Pat Scully was by far the happier of the two managers.
