Shels chief Byrne to persist with legal battle

THE eircom League war may be over but another battle rages on.

Derry City fielded defender Hargan while suspended earlier in the season but the club successfully appealed on the grounds that the League and the FAI’s disciplinary commission had failed to abide by the correct procedures.
