Keane cautions Staunton on injured duo

ROY KEANE has told Steve Staunton that Stephen Elliott and Graham Kavanagh will not travel to Cyprus next week unless they are 100% fit.

The pair were named on Monday by the Ireland boss in his squad for the upcoming European Championship doubleheader against Cyprus and the Czech Republic.

But Sunderland boss Keane has revealed Kavanagh is now an injury doubt alongside long term injury worry Elliott.
