A strip down memory lane

ADIDAS has become the new official kit and sportswear supplier of Liverpool.

The new adidas strips hark back to the glory days when adidas first supplied Liverpool FC, with some new technological advances. The shirt incorporates world-renowned ClimaCool and FlowMapping, a cooling system that allows sweat to escape while bringing cooling air into contact with the skin.

The kit also features ForMotion technology — a highlight of adidas top performance apparel. The shirt was designed three-dimensionally and engineered to fit a footballer’s body in motion and the seams are sewn flat to reduce irritation.

All three shirts feature an embroidered club crest, the Liver bird embossed on the lower back and the classic adidas three stripes on the sleeves.
