Buffon will stay at Juve, says new boss Deschamps

Juventus will start next season in Italy’s second tier with a 30-point deficit after they were found guilty of match fixing.

So far Lilian Thuram, Fabio Cannavaro, Emerson and Gianluca Zambrotta have left, while Patrick Vieira is reportedly close to a move to Inter Milan.

However, Buffon, who had reportedly been a target of Arsenal and AC Milan, has indicated he is willing to stay.

“We have managed to keep the goalkeeper. I am 100% certain that Buffon is staying,” said Deschamps.
