CHAMPAGNE-SOAKED John Ward ranked Cheltenham’s Coca-Cola League Two play-off final victory as “the best thing I’ve ever done.”

The Robins boss was “thrilled” after masterminding yesterday’s win over Grimsby at the Millennium Stadium, which was settled by a Guinan goal.

“It’s the best thing I’ve ever done,” said Ward. “That’s because I’m the manager but I’ve got a fantastic group of people who are all doing the same things,” he added.
