Milan keen to hang on to Shevchenko

AC MILAN have offered a two-year contract extension to Andriy Shevchenko.

The Italian giants are trying to keep the Ukraine striker, who last week revealed he wanted to leave the club.

The 29-year-old has been a target of Chelsea for the past two years but manager Jose Mourinho admitted yesterday: “I like Shevchenko but my feeling is Milan don’t want to sell him and they will keep him.”
