Lee keen on moveto Tottenham

PSV Eindhoven left-back Lee Young-Pyo has begged the Eredivisie champions to allow him to make a dream move to Tottenham.

Lee keen on moveto Tottenham

Lee is desperate to further his career in the Premiership but PSV are reluctant to let him go, especially after losing Park Ji-sung, Mark van Bommel and Johann Vogel over the summer.

The South Korean is believed to hold a clause in his contract that allows him to leave for just £1.36m, although that fee could rise to around £2m as PSV battle to cling onto the Asian star.

Lee is angry with PSV’s stance as he feels he is entitled to a transfer.

The proposed transfer is made even more complicated by a dispute between club and player over his current deal at the Philips Stadion. Lee believes his contract expires at the end of this season while PSV claim he is bound to them until the summer of 2007.
