Parry dismissed doubts over the scheme, which is now believed to be costing over ÂŁ130million, and also denied speculation that chairman David Moores is now prepared to sell his stake in the club.
Parry launched a defence of the club's plans after Sports Minister Richard Caborn declared the idea of a ground-share with Everton "dead in the water."
