Forest have already rejected bids of £5 million and, latterly, £3 million (€4.5 million) for Reid, prompting the Republic of Ireland international to hand in a written transfer request.

Kinnear had stated previously: “Five million? If Reidy were to go we’d be looking for more than that and at his young age he’s got to be up there at £10 million.”
