Defenders make my job easy, says Cech

CHELSEA goalkeeper Petr Cech admits it is easy to keep clean sheets when playing behind such a strong defence.

Cech recorded his 14th shutout of the season on Sunday as Chelsea maintained their five-point lead at the top of the Barclays Premiership with a 1-0 win over Aston Villa.

But with the Blues having conceded just eight goals in their 19 games to date, Czech international Cech insists it is his defenders that are doing the hard work.
