Happy Hleb dispels talk

ALEXANDER HLEB insists he is “very happy” at Arsenal and is determined to cement his place in Arsene Wenger’s plans.

The 24-year-old Belarus international arrived from Stuttgart during the summer, but was linked with a move back to the Bundesliga amid reports he was frustrated at the lack of starting opportunities. However, the midfielder yesterday said he intended to become an integral part of the Gunners side.

Hleb said: “I am very happy. I love playing Premier League football, this is an exciting opportunity and I am determined to do well.”
