Coca-Cola to sponsor the Football League

COCA-COLA have agreed to sponsor the Football League in a three-year deal beginning next season.

Under the terms of the agreement, Coca-Cola will be the title sponsor of the Football League competition.

“This new agreement is good news, it provides a tremendous boost for League clubs and, on their behalf, it is a great pleasure to welcome Coca-Cola to this partnership,” said Football League chairman Sir Brian Mawhinney.
