Rooney wants community pressure for Stadium

FAI chief Fran Rooney has sent a letter to members of the soccer community urging them to make it clear to their local TDs that the Stadium issue remains number one priority.

The letter also highlighted the FAI’s future plans, including the Technical Development Plan and plans for a National Coaching Centre.

“The constituency of all of us connected with the game in Ireland is a very powerful lobby group and it is important that the political system understands the depth of feeling we have for football matters.
