Bowyer to have talks with Venables

LEE BOWYER will meet Terry Venables for talks about his Leeds future today amid reports that he will again refuse to sign the club's new contract offer.

Bowyer is due to meet up with Venables in Melbourne on the latest leg of the club’s pre-season tour of the Far East and Australia.

It will be the first time Bowyer has met his new boss and Venables is expected to try to persuade him to pledge his future to the club following the collapse of his £9 million move to Liverpool.
