Givens turns to new faces

DON GIVENS yesterday named four uncapped players and three Irish-based players in Ireland's U21 squad of 18 for a challenge game in Poland on Tuesday, August 19.

The uncapped players are Saul Deeney, a goalkeeper from Notts County, Patrick Kohlmann from Borussia Dortmund, Paul Keegan of Leeds United and Bolton Wanderers' Jonathan Walters.

The three eircom League players are Dan Connor (Waterford United), Wesley Hoolahan (Shelbourne) and Cork City's John O'Flynn.
