Sutton injury sees O’Neill running out of options

CELTIC manager Martin O’Neill yesterday admitted he is suffering the consequences from having a small squad.

Chris Sutton is the latest to fall victim of the Celtic injury jinx during the shock midweek defeat to Aberdeen which leaves O’Neill short of numbers for the trip to Motherwell.

But the Celtic boss, who should be boosted by the return of midfielder Alan Thompson, is still refusing to make excuses.
