Vogts set for German return

FORMER Scotland boss Berti Vogts is reportedly being headhunted by German coach Jurgen Klinsmann to act as team scout.

Klinsmann, whose team face Argentina in a friendly tonight, told German newspaper Bild he wants Vogts to re-join the German team, of which he was also once trainer.

Germany's manager Oliver Bierhoff said: "We are looking for a scout who can provide detailed analysis about our opponents. He has to have expert knowledge and have international contacts."
