Djemba Djemba debut

ERIC DJEMBA-DJEMBA will make his debut for Aston Villa in tonight’s clash with Fulham at Craven Cottage.

The Cameroon international midfielder joined Villa in a £1.85m deal from Manchester United on Monday.

The 23-year-old is a straight replacement for Gavin McCann, who will miss the rest of the season with a knee injury.

Centre-back Martin Laursen, who has been sidelined since August by a knee ligament injury, returns to the squad after making two successful reserve team appearances.

Striker Carlton Cole is set to be recalled to the starting line-up after being dropped.
