Agathe is worth a gamble, says O’Neill

CELTIC manager Martin O’Neill said yesterday that influential winger Didier Agathe was “worth risking” for their biggest match in almost 30 years.

He is considering unleashing Agathe on Boavista in the UEFA Cup semi-final first leg despite the player being out of first-team action since pulling his hamstring against Rangers on March 8.

But just hours before the historic clash at Parkhead, O’Neill has urged their over-demanding fans not to expect Agathe to fly past men at will.
