The former England coach has only a limited time left at Eastlands after revealing earlier this season he will not extend his contract beyond its expiry date of the summer of 2006.

However, defeat at Boundary Park to a club 50 league places below City, combined with another inconsistent Premiership campaign, can only have increased the pressure on Keegan.
