Tunisia and Guinea reach last eight

GOALS from Franciluedo Santos and Slim Ben Achour saw Tunisia defeat South Africa 2-0 and with it advance to the quarter-finals of the African Cup of Nations yesterday.

It was South Africa’s second defeat, so they cannot advance any further.

In the other game it took an injury time goal from Feindouno to see Guinea through with a 2-1 win over Zambia.
