LEON MCKENZIE believes Norwich possess enough battling qualities to make a contest of their relegation scrap.

The 26-year-old netted his fifth goal of the season as the Canaries pulled off a shock 2-0 win over Manchester United at Carrow Road to boost their slim hops of beating the drop.

“This says to everyone else down there that they should not take us lightly - it isn’t over yet,” declared the Norwich striker.

“We showed with the passion and determination we put in that we are still in for a fight. I am happy to mix it and put myself about - and that’s the way we all are.”
