JASON EUELL’S hopes of playing for Jamaica appear to have been dashed by FIFA rules.

The Charlton striker has flown out to Kingston to join up with his adopted country for their World Cup qualifier against Panama but it seems the 27-year-old will not be able to play.

The midfielder represented England at U21 level in June 1997, but believed he also qualified for Jamaica, the country where his father was born.
