Kinsella leaves Villa to join West Brom

ASTON VILLA midfielder Mark Kinsella joined First Division West Brom yesterday.

The Republic of Ireland international joined Villa for £700,000 in August, 2002, and made 24 appearances last season.

However, Kinsella, aged 31, has been restricted to two outings this term and will strengthen Albion’s bid to win promotion back to the Barclaycard Premiership.
