O’Shea looks for immediate response

JOHN O’SHEA has admitted Man United owe their fans a night to remember against Lille in Paris tonight, after the weekend hammering at Middlesbrough.

“We are fortunate to have a game tonight where we can put it right. Not only that, it is important we win because it would put us in such a strong position in the group.”

O’Shea refused to comment about Roy Keane’s controversial MUTV interview, in which Keane is reported to have heavily criticised the Waterford-born defender.
