Gormley snatches late equaliser for Bray
Jody Lynch knocked down a cross into the Dublin City area and Gormley hit a stunning volley past Robbie Horgan.
Dublin City almost regained their lead a minute later.
But Robbie Clarke saw his shot come off the Bray crossbar.
Desperate to improve on their poor home form of just two points from their previous four games, Dublin City started well and took a fifth-minute lead from their first corner.
Clarke played the corner short to Graham Dunning before sending it back in to the near post where Robbie Farrell tucked it past Chris O'Connor for his third goal of the season.
Dunning and Thomas McGauley came close to stretching that lead as Dublin City maintained the upper hand against a sluggish Bray. But Wanderers slowly came into it and Stephen Fox, who drilled wide, and Wes Charles, with a header he ought to have got on target, soon had them well back in the match.
But it was Dublin City who almost doubled their lead two minutes before the break when McGauley's header from Clarke's free kick came back off a post.
