Boston seek Gascoigne for coaching role

BOSTON manager Steve Evans is to hold further talks with Paul Gascoigne in a bid to bring the former England star to York Street.

Evans, along with chairman Jon Sotnick, is due to fly out to Portugal on Tuesday for a meeting with the former Newcastle, Tottenham, Lazio and Rangers playmaker to discuss a possible coaching role. The Pilgrims boss has already held initial talks with Gascoigne and his agent, and he is looking to make more progress.
