Maradona fans hold hospital vigil

FANS of stricken football idol Diego Maradona maintained an overnight vigil outside the hospital where doctors said he was responding to treatment for a weak heart, high blood pressure and breathing difficulties.

“I noticed a clear improvement and we feel a little more at ease,” his long-time personal doctor, Alfredo Cahe, said late Monday.
