Dublin in racism allegation

ASTON VILLA striker Dion Dublin has accused the game in England of institutional racism.

Dublin claims a racist element within the game is stopping black players from going on to become coaches and managers.

“I think there is an element of racism within choosing staff,” Dublin told a new BBC Two documentary, The Colour of Football.
