WEST HAM manager Glenn Roeder remains in a stable condition in hospital but scans have shown a blocked blood vessel on his brain.

The Hammers boss is at the Royal London Hospital after he was admitted last night suffering from chest pains.

The club and hospital staff issued a joint statement last night which said: "Glenn Roeder continues to be in a stable condition and continues to make satisfactory progress.
