Campbell will ’not be rushed’

ARSENE WENGER has insisted he will not rush Sol Campbell back into first team action, despite labelling his defence “naïve” after Saturday’s 2-2 draw with Bolton at Highbury.

Campbell will ’not be rushed’

The Gunners were twice ahead but surrendered their 100% start to the season as Bolton scored from two set pieces to grab a deserved point, and that prompted Wenger to criticise his team’s defending.

Wenger confirmed Campbell will make his comeback from an Achilles injury when he plays for Arsenal’s reserves at home to Coventry tonight, but also said he would not rush him back into action even though the team appear to be missing him.
