The Reds were greeted by thunder and lightning when they landed in Spain yesterday ahead of tonight's Group B clash with Valencia.

The Frenchman would not be specific, but European Footballer of the Year Michael Owen is expected to lead the attack in the intimidating Stadio Mestalla after being rested for the 3-2 victory at Bolton on Saturday.
