Bergkamp in dock over Bowyer incident

ARSENAL striker Dennis Bergkamp was yesterday charged with improper conduct

The 33-year-old striker is in the dock following an incident involving Lee Bowyer in the Barclaycard Premiership clash with West Ham at Highbury on January 19.

The Hammers were furious when Bergkamp apparently elbowed Bowyer seconds before crossing for Thierry Henry to head his second goal in the 3-1 victory on 71 minutes.
