CORK CITY manager Damien Richardson believes that City’s tunnel vision will bring them the Premier Division title against Derry City on Friday.

With one game to go, the task facing Cork is simple; beat Derry City to lift the trophy or watch their opponents claim the League for themselves. But despite Derry appearing to have the advantage, Richardson believes the fact that either a win or a draw will do them could mean they fall between two stools, and his Cork City side will be ready to seize their opportunity.

“The pressure is on Derry City. They’re coming down here having lost twice already this season without scoring a goal and they’ve a difficult choice to make,” he claimed.
