Keegan on sick leave until after Easter break

MANCHESTER CITY boss Kevin Keegan will not return to work until after the Easter break.

Keegan was expected to return to the club’s Carrington training ground yesterday following a minor operation a fortnight ago to reduce inflammation in his back.

However, after taking medical advice, the former England coach will remain at his north-east home over the weekend and hopes to rejoin the Blues camp next week in time for the visit to Southampton on April 17.
