Boss tells City players to show their mettle

CORK CITY take on Bohemians at Turner’s Cross this evening with Damien Richardson’s men looking to bounce back from their League Cup defeat by Longford, and maintain their grip at the top of the eircom League Premier Division.

City go into the tie with a six point lead and a game in hand over second-placed Shelbourne, while in-form Bohs have pushed themselves up to fifth in the table after recovering from a difficult start to the season.

Colin O’Brien and Billy Woods are both missing for Cork with ankle injuries, while Mark O’Brien is struggling to be fit for the visitors. However, Bohemians do welcome back the influential Kevin Hunt from suspension.
