Redknapp plans for life after football

Jamie Redknapp has no immediate plans to return to football as a coach following his retirement from the game.

The 31-year-old, whose career was hit by a number of knee injuries, was forced to quit after advice from specialist Richard Steadman.

Redknapp was relegated with Southampton from the Premiership in his last season, but has ruled out a return to St Mary’s in a different capacity.
