Morris suspension extended

MILLWALL midfielder Jody Morris has been handed a further one-match ban for using abusive language towards referee Andy D’Urso following his sending off at the weekend.

The 26-year-old has also been fined £2,000 for the incident which followed his sending off against Cardiff on Saturday.

The former Chelsea player was dismissed for a second bookable offence and after reacting to the decision, was charged with using abusive and/or insulting words to a match official.
