Laursen snubs Norwich

CELTIC defender Ulrik Laursen has dismissed talk of a move to Norwich City by branding the Barclays Premiership newcomers as “not particularly interesting”.

The Dane endured a frustrating, injury-plagued season in which he played in just one first team game for the Hoops a 12-minute substitute stint in a cup game.

With Stanislav Varga having established himself as first-choice alongside Bobo Balde in his absence, it had been suggested Laursen might want to move on, but Laursen would rather take his chances at Parkhead.
