Petrov out for three weeks with hamstrung injury

CELTIC have confirmed midfielder Stilian Petrov is out for three weeks with a hamstring injury.

The Bulgarian limped out of the win over Hearts on Sunday and is likely to miss this weekend‘s Scottish Cup tie against Clyde, as well as SPL games against Kilmarnock and Motherwell.

His absence could provide a short-term solution to the problem of making room for Roy Keane in the team.
