Celtic plan to give youth its fling

CELTIC chief executive Peter Lawwell has revealed the club plans to turn to youth over the next few seasons.

The Hoops’ exit from Europe has put the spotlight on Martin O’Neill’s ageing team.

Established stars like Neil Lennon, Chris Sutton and Alan Thompson are now the wrong side of 30 and a number of others - John Hartson, Bobo Balde and Jackie McNamara - will soon be out of contract.
