Soccer award nominees announced

THE FAI yesterday announced the nominees for the 15th eircom/FAI International Soccer Awards which will be held on Sunday, February 6 at the Citywest Hotel, Saggart, Co Dublin.

In addition to the 15 categories announced yesterday, awards for International Personality, Special Merit and Hall of Fame will be announced on the night.

The Senior Player nominees are Shay Given, Robbie Keane and Kevin Kilbane while the Young Player Award is between Liam Miller, John O’Shea and Andy Reid.
