Kerley adds six new names to United squad

WATERFORD United have been busy on the transfer and loan front over the past few days with no less than six new names being added to Mike Kerley’s squad.

Yesterday, United signed attacking midfielder Tomas Hawkins, who has previously had spells training at the club under Paul Power and at Cork City, from Ferns United.

Two loan players have also arrived at the RSC, from Shelbourne and Sheffield United respectively. Jamie Chambers is a nominee for the eircom/FAI Schools Player Of The Year award, at this weekend’s ceremony, while Adrian Harper has been capped by Ireland at youth level.
